I never know how personal to get on my social media.
But my family is one thing that I haven’t really shared much about.
About a month ago we went on our first ever family trip. And we went all out by going halfway across the world to Spain. My family has spent time together in the past but not this much haha
I spent soooooo much time with my niece and nephew. It was really special getting to experience this with them.
Made me realize how important family is. And that I want to start my own family someday too💛

I think this past month has made me think a lot more about what I want in life. All this thinking has led me towards some huge life changes. Changes that I’m excited for and excited to share when the time is right🙈

What? A 2013 Honda Pilot isn’t as cool as a sprinter van?😂😉

And to answer your question, yes I can fully lay down in my bed in the back of my Honda.

First time exploring Sequoia & Kings Canyon National Parks 🌲✨
It was a quick trip, but so worth it. Here’s what I did in two days:

Day 1:
– Scenic pullouts through Sequoia National Park
– Midday hike on Congress Trail
-Lunch at the Lodgepole Market and Visitor Center (food was meh, maybe get groceries to make lunch or just stick with the ice cream)
– Sunset views from Moro Rock 🌅

Day 2:
– Big Baldy Ridge Trail in the morning
– More scenic stops in Kings Canyon
– Bagels + coffee at Clingan’s Junction to wrap it up ☕️🥯

It may of been a quick trip but I’m glad I went and got to experience these beautiful parks!

Backpacking Havasupai: What You Need to Know

🎟 Permits
• Required for all visitors. Get them at havasupaireservations.com.
• Reservation type: 3 nights / 4 days — $455 per person.
How to get one:
• Lottery system (preseason).
• Best tip: Use the cancellation/transfer list — it’s updated regularly and often has tons of available dates.

🥾 The Hike
• Distance: ~20 miles round-trip from the trailhead to the campground.
• Extended hiking: Up to 40 miles total if you explore all the waterfalls and hike to the Confluence (where Havasu Creek meets the Colorado River).
• Helicopter: Available (first-come, first-served) for those who don’t want to hike in or out.
• Mules: Can carry your gear — reserve in advance.

👀Must-See Spots
1. Havasu Falls – iconic, turquoise
2. Mooney Falls – tallest and most dramatic (200 ft drop via chains and ladders)
3. Beaver Falls – tiered, blue pools
4. The Confluence – where turquoise water meets the Colorado River

⛺️Campground Info
• Toilets: Yes (composting style)
• Drinking water: Spring-fed spigot at the campground
• Tip: Bring a cord or carabiner to hang your food — squirrels and critters are persistent

🍽 Food
• Most people pack their own (freeze-dried meals are common)
• In Supai Village (2 miles from camp):
• Small store
• Café
• Fry bread stand

☀️ Other Tips
• Heat: It gets very hot — start hiking early and rest in the shade mid-day.
• Bring:
• Electrolytes
• Sunscreen
• Hat/sun protection
• Water filter (as backup)

Somehow I had one of the most popular trails in Arches National Park all to myself— here’s how I made it happen!

• Went on a weekday (always helps)
• Started the hike a few hours before sunset
It’s as simple as that.
Perks:
• Skipped the packed early morning crowds
• Got to see way more wildlife as the day cooled down
• Enjoyed the glowiest golden hour light without the chaos

Most people hit Devils Garden early and miss how peaceful and magical it gets in the late afternoon. Honestly, I’ll take golden hour over sunrise any day.
Make sure you are keeping track of time or have a headlamp if you end up hiking out in the dark!

I work as a freelancer. This mainly includes content creation and guiding/working with She Moves Mountains.
I love traveling, reading, backpacking, climbing, all things outdoors, art, cooking, and so many other things.

Heading up towards Stevens Pass it’s hard to miss this cute little coffee stand on the side of the road. And if you get the chance to stop in on a clear day you will have a spectacular view of Mount Index.
This day we couldn’t see all the mountains but the snowy tree vibes were 10/10❄️

We went for a day trip from Mexico City which was about 7 hours of driving, but when we are on a time crunch and wanted to see this amazing spot we make do!
If I could go back I would’ve stayed for multiple nights in this area. We barely scraped the surface of what this area has to offer. Outside of the hot springs there’s also rock climbing and hiking in the area.
I wish I could somehow share with you how insane the hot spring tunnels and caves were but you’ll just have to experience it yourself. The last few videos of this post I try to give you an idea of what the cave hot springs were like but it doesn’t do it justice.

Climbing 5 pitches and reaching 500ft was no small feat for this casual climber.

But there was a nice sense of peace when we finally got to a ledge that we could sit on and get some water and snacks 🙌🏼

Woke up at 4am to head out for the most amazing sunrise hot air balloon ride outside of Mexico City.
I could’ve stayed up there for hours 😍

Today I Needed A Reminder.

A reminder of the woman I used to be. The bright, happy, outgoing, adventurous gal. The one that lived life to the fullest and did whatever she could to make herself and others happy.
The one that loved the company of others, but was completely secure being on her own and seeing the world on her own.

I looked up the dictionary definition and it just didn’t sound cool enough.

But if you are curious here it is…
Larch: a coniferous tree with bunches of deciduous bright green needles, found in cool regions of the northern hemisphere.
